¿Primera visita? ¡Conéctate con nosotros! Complete nuestra tarjeta de conexión digital.

What should I expect from an outdoor service?

Everything we do inside, we bring outside so we can directly bring the word to our surrounding neighborhood! As usual, we'll start with prayer, worship, and a word. This Sunday, however, we'll bring a special prayer to start off the school year. Make sure to bring water and your own chair, if you'd like.

I'm new to ICERJ, what should I expect?

We are overjoyed that you are planning on joining us this Sunday. Every Sunday we worship together, pray, and hear the Bible preached. 1 Corinthians 14:26 (NLT) tells us what happens when we come together as a church:

“Well, my brothers and sisters, let’s summarize. When you meet together, one will sing, another will teach, another will tell some special revelation God has given, one will speak in tongues, and another will interpret what is said. But everything that is done must strengthen all of you.”

We can’t wait to experience this with you.

First visit? Connect with us! Fill out our digital connection card.

When do you meet?

We are having in-person meetings Sundays, and Tuesdays for Bible study. Registration for our Tuesday gatherings are not required and we invite you to come learn God's word with us.

Virtual meetings:
Thursdays at 7:15p for Biblical reflections
Weekdays at 6:00a for prayer

Youth (13-18): Mondays at 7:00p

“Now it was the day of preparation for the Passover and it was about noon. He said to the Jews, ‘Here is your king’. They cried out, ‘Away with Him, away with Him. Crucify Him’. Pilate asked them, ‘Shall I crucify your king?’ The Chief Priests answered, ‘We have no king but the emperor’ and he handed Him over to be crucified. So they took Jesus and carrying a cross by Himself He went out to what is known as The Place of the Skull which in Hebrew is called Golgotha.”

— John 19: 14-17

And there He died, bloodied and beaten, the death that I deserved for my sins. The death that you deserved for yours. He died that we might live again. He died to give us a new life, a life where for all eternity we shall be with Him and behold His glory. For this reason Jesus came, to die for my sin and for yours that we may have access once again to God the Father.

This Jesus, this Son of God who came to earth and became a man. Who grew up a Jew, who loved the loveless. He healed the sick, He blessed those who were cursed in this world, He taught those who didn’t understand, He liberated those who were captive. This Jesus was arrested, beaten, tried and found guilty. This Jesus who came for the people, for the same crowd that yelled for his death. The same people who just days ago had shouted Hosanna in the Highest as He rode into Jerusalem on a donkey. The people who now, pushed by the religious leaders, called for His blood. These people are the ones that had Him crucified. Common, ordinary people. People just like you and me.

*So He, himself stepped in to save us, with his long arm and justice to sustain him. He put on righteousness as armor, salvation his helmet. He clothed himself with the robe of vengeance and wrapped himself in a cloak of divine passion. He slipped out of his royal garments, left eternity to enter time, divinity to wrap himself in humanity. The sea of glass, the ocean of separation, He left peace, and for the first time felt pain. Because the very hands that held the stars were now sentenced to wear my scars. It was love that purchased this traitors heart. It's what the prophets spoke about when they envisioned light living in men once again.”

— Fearless BND, Worth Dying For (Destroy)

“Greater love has no one than this, that He lay down His life for His friends. You are my friends, said Jesus, if you do what I command.”

— John 15:13
